Computer Service: What you need to bring |

Pre-Visit Checklist: Please bring the following items with you when bringing your computer - Personal Computer Tower - There is no need to bring any cables as we have everything we need at the shop.
- Installation CD's:Â Windows, Drivers, Applications (Office, Quickbooks, etc.)
- Items to save: In the event that we would need to wipe all the data off of your computer to properly complete a repair we will first back up all data. A typical backup will consist of the My Documents folder, all pictures, music, movies, iTunes, email, address book, and internet favorites. Data for proprietary software will also be backed up. We will always discuss what will need to be saved with you so you are confident nothing will be lost
- Laptop Power Cord: Please bring your power cable for your laptop. We do not need power cables for desktop/tower computers.
Free Diagnostics: Murlin Computer will gladly diagnose your computer problem for free. Our technicians will analyze your personal computer call you as soon as we have an answer and a solution to your problem. Generally we try to provide same day service however, you should plan to be without your computer for up to two days.
Repair Process: Once we diagnose your computer, we will be calling you with a cost to repair. At Murlin Computer, we stand behind all of our repairs. We guarantee reliable, honest, and professional repair services.
